The 2009
INFINITY
AUSTRALIAN HANDGUN CHAMPIONSHIPS will be held in Darwin, Northern
Territory in conjunction with the ARAFURA GAMES 2009 (AG09).
The range complex will be TEPSL at Acacia.
The 2009 IPSC AUSTRALIA RIFLE & SHOTGUN CHAMPIONSHIPS will also be held
immediately following.

09 Closing Ceremony
As this
match is part of a major mainstream sporting event, the
ARAFURA GAMES 2009 (AG09), IPSC NT urges everyone to start
making accommodation arrangements as soon as possible. The Arafura
Games is a large event so please book early.
All competitors are required to submit one (1) passport size photo
with their entry form.
Please note:
IPSC NT is required to register all competitors for Arafura Games
accreditation. Please forward completed entry to the address
on the bottom of the form.
The Handgun
Championships will consist of approximately 18 Stages / 350 rounds.
The Rifle & Shotgun Championships will consist of:
- Rifle
6 stages with approximately 60
rounds
Stages will be shot on a variety of targets / distances
ranging from 15 to 200 metres.

Shotgun
7 stages with approximately 70
rounds
One stage - 7 classic paper targets to be shot with SGs only;
One stage - a variety of classic paper targets and steel to
be engaged with slugs; and
The remainder of the stages will use birdshot no larger then
2’s.

firearms in the Northern Territory

spring assisted action
rifles to be used.
No
detachable/collapse able stocks.
- Shotgun
Semi-auto
and pump action shotguns are restricted to two (2) round loading.
